Garden terraces finished with paving, timber or composite decking. The layout, materials and ground preparation are tailored to your space and how you plan to use it. I also offer a design visualisation as part of the quotation process.
Foundations & Concrete
Excavation, ground preparation and concrete work for foundations, slabs and fence posts. Each project is tailored to the planned structure and site conditions.
Excavation & Groundworks
Mini-excavator work for foundations, utility trenches and swimming pools. Services include ground levelling, site preparation and soil removal by arrangement.
Driveways & Parking Areas
Ground preparation, aggregate layers, compaction and edging for driveways and parking spaces. The construction and finish are agreed according to the intended use.
From Your Idea to the Finished Project
As part of my quotation service, I offer design visualisations for fences, driveway and pedestrian gates, patios and other outdoor projects. This helps you see the proposed result and agree on the layout, materials and appearance before work begins. The example below shows the original site, the design visualisation and the completed fence.
We can work together to modify the design and fine-tune the details before construction begins. We will then handle the earthwork, foundations, concrete and steel structures, infill panels, and fence installation.

From your first enquiry to the completed project, we agree on the requirements, scope, price and schedule before work begins.
1. Tell Me About Your Project
Send me a brief description, the property location and any photos or approximate dimensions. We can discuss your ideas and requirements in English.
2. Site Visit & Measurements
We arrange a site visit to check access, take measurements and discuss suitable materials and practical options.
3. Quotation & Design
I prepare a quotation setting out the proposed work and price. For suitable projects, I also offer a design visualisation at this stage to help us agree on the layout, materials and appearance.
4. Construction & Handover
Once the scope, price and schedule are agreed, I carry out the work and keep you informed of progress. On completion, we review the finished project together.

My name is Jan Kozák, and I am based in Mělník. Through KOZAKstav, I combine hands-on experience in groundworks, concrete work, timber construction and steel fabrication to create practical outdoor spaces.
You deal directly with me, from discussing your ideas and preparing a quotation to carrying out the work and handing over the finished project. I speak English, so we can discuss the details of your project clearly throughout the process.
